You probably made the decision to get divorced with the hope that life will get better...

And yet, divorce is proving to be one of life's most challenging transitions; highly stressful, always draining.

​

Getting on top of finances, starting or rebuilding your career, worrying about the well-being of your children, moving into a new home, and telling everyone that you are now separated is a lot!

It's easy to forget to care for the most important person during this time - YOU.

It's time to change that so you can not only survive this highly stressful time, but I want you to thrive and come out on the other side ready to take on your new life.

This workshop will become your oasis of self-care amidst the whirlwind of divorce:

 

  • Let's unravel the knots of stress.

  • Identify your own stress triggers.

  • Understand how your divorce stress impacts your hormones, and with that your health and well-being.

  • Learn how your breath influences how your body perceives stress.

  • Embrace mindfulness as a way to help you deal with your divorce stress in the moment you can't talk to your best friend of therapist.

  • Rediscover the peace within you that doesn't have the price tag of a massage (although we are not opposed to that!).

  • Gain a better understanding of the little things you can do in your kitchen to influence your stress levels majorly.

  • And so much more!
